Day One of Event Finals for the 2009 Mediterranean Games in Pescara, Italy have been contested.

Women’s champions include Youna Dufournet of France on the Vault and Uneven Bars,

Men’s champions include Kosmidis Eleftherios of Greece on the Floor Exercise, Alberto Busnari of Italy on the Pommel Horse, and Danny Pinheiro of France on the Still Rings.
