Kyla RossYour 2010 Junior National All-Around Champion for the second consecutive year is Kyla Ross of Aliso Viejo, California and the Gym-Max Gymnastics Club, who scored a 116.450 over two days of competition.

Second in the All-Around is WOGA’s Katelyn Ohashi with a 114.300.

Third goes to Makayla Maroney of All Olympia (formerly of Gym-Max) with a 113.250.

On the Vault, Makayla Maroney emerged victorious with a 32.000 total. Second place goes to Lexie Priessman (Cincinnati/31.200) and third goes to Kyla Ross (30.450).

WOGA Gymnasts swept the Uneven Bars. Katelyn Ohashi scored a total of 28.550 over teammates McKenzie Wofford (27.950) and Madison Kocian (27.900).

Kyla Ross picked up a second gold medal on the Balance Beam scoring a 29.900 over Gabrielle Douglas (Excalibur/28.550) and Ericha Fassbender (Stars/28.450).

Sarah Finnegan of GAGE won the Floor Exercise with a 29.200 over Sabrina Vega (Dynamic/28.900) and Kyla Ross (28.500).

2009 American Cup and 2010 Pacific Rim All-Around Champion, Jordyn Wieber (DeWitt, Michigan/Geddert’s) did not compete on day two after sustaining an injury to both ankles on the Balance Beam prior to competition on day one.

Sabrina VegaFloor Exercise silver medallist Sabrina Vega had a bit of a rough go in Hartford, placing 9th on the Balance Beam, 21st on the Uneven Bars, tied for 15th on the Vault and 7th in the All-Around.
